ENVIRONMENTAL VOLUNTEERISM
Volunteerism is at the core of every organization working to save our
natural resources: Trustees, committee members, interns, program and
office volunteers work as a team to get the job done. Many opportunities
are common to all groups, but each has its own unique needs in its
approach to problem solving. These member organizations welcome groups and
individuals and often teens and families to serve as volunteers. Tasks may
be ongoing or accomplished in one day, and opportunities exist throughout
the state. The list is dynamic because needs change over time. Call to see
if your interests, skills and availability would make a good match.
